Omurga's story, vendor-independent approach and project management.
Omurga Bilgi Sistemleri is an independent system integrator delivering enterprise network, cybersecurity, data centre and hybrid cloud projects. It was founded in Istanbul in 2006 by four network engineers and today works with 260 people in offices in three cities.
Omurga works with 14 technology partners but depends on none. Before starting a project we assess needs, budget and existing investments, and present alternatives that meet the same requirement in a table. The preferred brand is decided by engineering data, not by the customer or by us.
Every project has a single project manager, a written scope, weekly status reports and acceptance tests. Project stages and open risks are visible in the customer portal. At the end, an executive summary, as-built documentation and operations training are delivered.
Omurga processes its customers' personal data as data processor under KVKK. For critical infrastructure customers it offers compliance guidance for the relevant sector regulations (banking, healthcare, public sector); this guidance is not a substitute for legal advice.
Recommendations come from need, not reseller targets; the best fit is chosen from 14 technology partners.
120 engineers hold top-tier certifications of our partner brands.
Network monitoring and security operations run non-stop from our Istanbul centre.
Response and resolution times are in the contract, with service credits for breaches.
Project status, support tickets and reports in one portal.
Project managers who know finance, healthcare, manufacturing and public-sector regulations.
