At Omurga Bilgi Sistemleri we take the security of your personal data seriously. This notice has been prepared by Omurga Bilgi Sistemleri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. (the "Company") acting as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and related legislation.

Personal data we process
- Identity and contact data: name, title, company, phone, email, address
- Customer transaction data: enquiries, quotes, orders, invoices and support records
- Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, cookie records
- Marketing data: newsletter subscription and contact preferences (only with your consent)
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, conclude and perform contracts, invoice, provide support, ensure information security and comply with legal obligations. The legal bases are performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5).
Transfers
To the extent required by the service, your data may be transferred to our business partners, hosting and payment providers, and to public authorities permitted by law, in line with KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law; afterwards it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damage. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Access to customer systems
Our employees who access customer systems under support and managed services are bound by confidentiality undertakings; access is logged and limited by the need-to-know principle.
