Cloud readiness assessment, 6R strategy, phased migration, cost optimisation (FinOps) and multi-cloud management.
Readiness assessment from 85,000 TRY
Not every workload is cheaper or better in the cloud. Omurga starts a cloud move not with a "move everything" approach but by deciding workload by workload.
Approach
- Discovery and inventory: applications, dependencies, licences and usage metrics.
- 6R analysis: for each application, rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire or retain.
- Target architecture: the network, identity, security and governance foundation (landing zone).
- Phased migration: in waves, with measurement and acceptance at the end of each wave.
- FinOps: cost control through right-sizing, reserved capacity and tagging.
Results
Right-sizing and shutting down unused resources typically reduce the cloud bill by 25 - 35 percent. Because of data residency and KVKK requirements some workloads are kept in data centres in Türkiye.
Scope of service

Frequently asked questions
Which vendors' solutions does Omurga offer?
We have 14 technology partners and work vendor-independently. We prepare a comparison table based on need and recommend the best fit with technical reasons. The partners are listed on the Technology Partners page.
Do you also work with small businesses?
Yes. We work from companies with 50 users up to large institutions; for smaller setups managed IT services are offered at a fixed fee per user.
Is the discovery meeting really free?
Yes. The 60-minute discovery meeting and written summary are free. Services such as an in-depth assessment or penetration test are priced separately and quoted in writing beforehand.
Where is my data kept in the managed SOC service?
Log and event data is kept encrypted in our data centres in Türkiye. The retention period (for example 1 year online, 5 years archive) is set in the contract. This answer is for information only; your obligations may vary by sector.
What are the contract term and termination conditions?
Standard terms for managed services are 12 and 36 months; unit prices are lower on 36-month contracts. Termination needs 90 days' written notice. Project-based work ends on the acceptance date.
